Transaction Management

Our experience tells us that the most frustrating element of property investment and development is the amount of time and money that is spent when buying, selling and refinancing property.

From sourcing the property, to completion of the purchase, this can often take 6-12 months depending on the nature of the transaction. We believe this is unacceptable. Learn more


Lending and Security Review

It is often the case that after monies have been borrowed, the borrower does not revisit the terms of the facility throughout its duration.

On the basis that most investment facilities are structured on an amortising basis, the position is likely to continue to improve throughout the term of the loan.

Property Schedule / Covenant Certification

Lenders generally require a detailed property / tenancy schedule from investors with borrowing in excess of £1m. This is usually required on a monthly, quarterly, 6-monthly or annual basis.

It is essential that this information is provided in a format that is clear to understand, robust enough to satisfy the lenders requirements, and provided on a timely basis. Learn more
